Current projects: Planning for spring garage sale March 3rd. Fish Fry’s at SJC parish for fund raising.
Garage Sale Prep To do list for parents and teachers:
- Please spread the news of this spring garage sale to family, neighbors and friends.
- Please as and get this event advertised in your Church bulletin if you can.
- Please come Saturday Feb. 25th and help clean out and organize the storage shed. this is a MUST.
- Please do donate plastic bags, boxes, items for sale.
- Volunteer to go pick up large items that are donated.
- Sign up to help set up the days before the sale, pricing, organizing merchandise.
- Sign up to work either morning or afternoon the day of the sale. We need many folks just circulating and keeping merchandise neat and orderly, and for preventing the small, nice merchandise from disapearing.
For the Fish Fry:
- consider bringing an extra cake each week as some classes are small and need help meeting the quota.
- Please come by the office and get tickets to sell to family, friends, and neighbors.
