Admissions

St. Joseph admits distance students part-time, or full-time. Full-time students grades 3-6 * and 7-12 become part of our registered, certified, Catholic parochial school. We are responsible for maintaining all student records for full time students, as well as providing semester evaluations, transcripts, and an accredited diploma upon graduation.

To enroll please download the enrollment form request for records form, and send the registration fee. We will accept registrations up to the middle of October for full year courses and enrollment. We will accept mid-year from Dec 15- Jan 15 enrollments for second semester of courses and second semester full enrollment.

We will contact you upon receiving these. The following documents must also be sent if your student will be enrolled in 6 or more classes and thus a full time student:

  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Previous school records
  • IEP (if your child has one)
  • Contract agreements and release of record forms from other accredited schools or institutions who have issued academic records for your child.
  • One school type photo for student file

*note that students in grades 3-6 must be truly distance students who live an hour or more travel distance from St. Peter’s Catholic School here in Pine Bluff (or be medically home or hospital bound.)
